Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kokh AI mobile application, WhatsApp companion bot, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Reora Labs LLP (LLPIN: ACU-7286), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Medical Disclaimer
Kokh AI is NOT a medical provider, hospital, or clinic.
The Service provides:
AI-powered pregnancy wellness information
Health tracking and logging tools
Medication and appointment reminders
Communication tools between you and your healthcare provider
The Service does NOT provide:
Medical diagnosis
Clinical treatment or prescriptions
Emergency medical services
Replacement for professional medical advice
In a medical emergency, call 108 (India), 112, or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on this app.
All AI-generated content is informational only. Always consult your qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions about your pregnancy.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Have a valid Indian mobile phone number for authentication
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
You register using your phone number via OTP verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your account credentials with others.
3.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You must update your health profile if your medical situation changes.
We may suspend accounts with demonstrably false information.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each phone number may be associated with one account.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
4. The Service
4.1 For Mothers / Expectant Parents
The Service provides:

4.2 For Healthcare Providers (OBGYNs/Gynecologists)
The Service provides:

4.3 AI Features
AI responses are generated by third-party large language models (Google Gemini, Groq).
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are advisory only.
Healthcare providers must exercise independent clinical judgment and not rely solely on AI insights.
We continuously improve AI accuracy but do not guarantee correctness.
5. Subscription Plans
5.1 Plans Available

5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.
Payments are processed through PhonePe or other supported payment gateways.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
5.3 Free Trial
Pro and Super plans may include a free trial period.
You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.
5.4 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds for billing errors will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to:
Use the Service only for its intended purpose (pregnancy health management)
Provide truthful health information
Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or threaten healthcare providers
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Not upload malicious content, spam, or inappropriate material
6.2 Health Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of health data you log.
Inaccurate data may lead to incorrect AI insights or alerts.
The Service relies on your self-reported data and cannot verify its accuracy.
6.3 Healthcare Provider Users
Healthcare providers using the Service additionally agree to:
Maintain a valid medical license in their jurisdiction
Exercise independent clinical judgment at all times
Not use AI insights as a sole basis for clinical decisions
Comply with applicable medical ethics, confidentiality, and data protection laws
Respond to patient alerts in a timely and professional manner
7. Doctor-Patient Communication
7.1 Linking
Doctors may send link requests to patients. Patients must explicitly accept.
Linking grants the doctor view access to the patient's health profile and data.
Either party may terminate the link at any time.
7.2 Messaging
In-app messages between doctors and patients are stored securely.
The Service does not monitor or censor message content.
Messages are not a substitute for in-person consultations.
Neither party should share messages with third parties without consent.
7.3 No Doctor-Patient Relationship Created
The Service facilitates communication but does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
The doctor-patient relationship is governed by the applicable laws and professional ethics of the healthcare provider's jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our IP
The Service, including its design, code, branding, AI models, content, and features, is owned by Reora Labs LLP.
"Kokh AI," the Kokh AI logo, and "JivaCare" are trademarks of Reora Labs LLP.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your health data and messages.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your personal health information.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Medical Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Reora Labs LLP is not liable for any medical outcomes, health complications, or adverse events arising from the use of the Service.
AI-generated content is informational and does not constitute medical advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any health information provided.
9.2 Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
We are not liable for data loss, service outages, or third-party service failures.
9.3 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is higher.
9.4 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
Actions or omissions of healthcare providers using the platform
Third-party service failures (WhatsApp, payment gateways, cloud providers)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reora Labs LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any health data you provide that is inaccurate or misleading
Healthcare providers: any clinical decisions made using information from the Service
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in abusive behaviour toward other users or providers
You use the Service fraudulently
Required by law or legal process
12.3 Effect of Termination
Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for violation.
Data deletion follows the timeline in our Privacy Policy.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, IP) will survive.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or WhatsApp message at least 15 days before taking effect.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator in Dharwad, Karnataka, India.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
14.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Dharwad, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reora Labs LLP regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in the event of a business transfer.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
